Superfood Museli


  • 2 teaspoons of organic rolled spelt flakes

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons of organic goji berries

  • 2 teaspoons of cacao nibs

  • 2 teaspoons Brazil nut meal (we used the Loving Earth one)

  • 2 teaspoons of activated pepitas (again, from Loving Earth)

  • ½ cup of organic almond milk (or a bit more depending on how ‘mushy’ you like it)

  • A dash of agave (if required)


Put all ingredients into a container.

Mix through thoroughly – leave overnight in the fridge covered.

Fluff up with a fork or spoon the next morning and enjoy!
