Healthy chocolate crackle bars

This yummy Recipe is thanks to Loving Earth



  • ½ Cup Cacao Butter

  • ½ Cup Coconut Oil

  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Brazil, Almond, Cashew etc)

  • 2 Cups of puffed quinoa/puffed brown rice

  • 1 Cup of Goji Berries (Soaked)

  • 1/3 Cup Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp honey



Slowly melt the cacao butter and coconut oil in a small pot on low-medium heat

Once melted add in cacao powder and mix well for one minute

Add honey to pot & mix well

Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl

Add cacao mixture to bowl and mix well

Place mixture into a tray lined with baking paper so that the mixture is just over one inch thick

Cover with baking paper & squash mixture down hard to compress it

Place it in the freezer for 1 hour & then cut
