Healthy hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice or almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of cacao

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Method

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat on the stove top until the coconut oil has melted and the mixture is velvety and smooth.

 

Pour in a mug and enjoy!
