Radiance bliss balls
Catherine created this recipe as a healthy snack during her fertility detox. They are so easy to make and really yummy too!
You can buy the chia seeds from Radiance's health food store.
1 cup organic, raw, unsalted cashews
20 organic dates
3 tablespoons of cacoa
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Blend cashews and dates in a food processor until super small.
Stir in the other ingredients until combined well
Take 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into a ball
Refrigerate and consume anytime you want a healthy sweet treat
