Raspberry & vanilla protein bars

Ingredients

1 cup coconut flour

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 scoops vanilla flavoured protein powder

2 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp LSA

2 medjool dates

1/3 cup almond butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

3/4 punnet raspberries

 

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Combine all the ingredients except the raspberries and almond milk in a food processor and processed until combined

Transfer the mixture to another bowl and add the almond milk and stir

Mash raspberries and add to mixture

Place in an oven tray and bake for 20 mins

Note: The mixture will be quite crumbly before going in the oven but it definitely all stays together when it's baked!
