Radiance protein shake


  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds

  • ½ tablespoon LSA

  • 1/2 cup raspberries or blueberries (ideally organic frozen or fresh)

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacoa powder

  • 250ml almond milk

  • Half a banana

  • 1 lightly blanched kale leaf (optional super food addition)



Blend all ingredients together with a hand held whizz  or in a blender

Chia is the richest plant based source of Omega 3 fatty acids. It is also rich in dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants

Kale is packed with antioxidants and is a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin K and vitamin C
